View to a Tee (VTAT) is web-based 360-tour application that is accessible though Wi-Fi. It is not Operating System-dependent because it is an HTML5 platform, simply accessing via your favorite browser. It is ultra-High Resolution at 8K+, allowing aerial and ground-based views of the entire course. This virtual tour allows you to visit the golf course before you ever set foot on it- or while you are playing it! Most carts and golf trucks have Wi-Fi, giving you access to a View to a Tee while playing the course.
